As far as I can see, the primary blog doesn't get included in the activity stream. Comments put on testbp.org's primary blog and at my own test website doesn't work.

Is your WPMU privacy setting "I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitors"? If so, this is currently the expected behaviour.
