When in the admin section, there is a new text block who says "Buddy press is ready. Etc..." There is no need to read these notification on each admin page or when NOT in the theme section.

I don't agree, I think if people have BuddyPress activated, they need to know it will not work unless they have a BuddyPress theme activated. They have a couple of options, activate a supported theme, or deactivate BuddyPress.
