Description
On my profile on testbp.org it says "Blog (1)" meaning I have 1 blog which is true. But on the Blog page it says "Sorry there were no blogs found".
Also, the "My Blogs" drop down menu only works when im viewing my profile on testbp.org.

Is your WPMU privacy setting "I would like to block search engines, but allow normal visitors"? If so this is currently the expected behaviour.
