New default theme with BP deactivated

Description

If you deactivate BP with the new default theme selected, the admin area cannot be accessed. Attached is a patch to the theme to let the admin access the blog admin. The patch includes a big admin notice that BP is not active & to change the theme.

I believe this is fixed now and you can still access the admin area when BP is deactivated? There is now a message to let people know that they need to activate a BP theme.
