It would be nice to have WordPress.com stats integrate across all of the sites. If we have the menu header able to stay persistent, it would be great if we could have the stats too...

The footer.php files for all BP themes call wp_footer(), which should make WP.com Stats persistent. If we're talking about making it persistent as far as integrating and reporting properly across subdomains (in the case of a subdomain install) isn't this an issue for the WP.com Stats plugin, not BP?

Suggest wontfix, unless whyisjake would like to elaborate.
