Wrongly identified as only Group Admin when attempting to leave group

Description

As admin of a group, unable to leave since I was wrongly identified as the sole group admin. There were 2 additional admins. Once I demoted myself to group 'member', I was able to leave group. See attached image showing 3 admins and message stating 'mark schafer' could not leave.
