This patch adds support for the new Forums component in BP 1.1 for the deprecated /bp-themes/ format.

Okay the patch only works for the forum directory view and not tag-based pages or type-based topics (eg. /forums/popular/, /forums/unreplied/, /forums/personal/).

Updated patch to support Forums component for deprecated themes

New patch fixes the type-based topics and tag pages.

Code could be cleaner for the conditional (I think)!

I'm not going to spend any time on back porting. You're welcome to offer the theme with support as a 3rd party option though.
