I am using Buddypress 1.1.2. Problem is I cannot access secondary blog dashboard (even administrator) when I click on blog's dashboard, it redirects me to the wordpress login area but when I put my there my username and password which are sent by email in the process of registration, they don't work.

Ask on the forums, this sounds like an installation problem.
