Description
When user reply a post topic, site-wide activity widget show up user comments, but user comments didn't appear in site wide activity rss feed

the comment appeared in RSS feed after 19 hours, so weird, the site did not run with any caching stuff, and that comment entry inserted in between newest and previous position.
