User has main blog rights after downgrade his role!

Description
After change user roles under wp-admin/wpmu-users.php and set this to admin or moderator the user can write into the main blog. Change this back to "user" does no effect, the user can still continue create articles! Dont know, wpmu bug?

Are you able to disable BuddyPress and do all of this again and see if the issue still occurs? I'm marking this as not a BuddyPress bug until you are able to confirm otherwise.
