$wire_link needs to use constant rather than text.

In both bp-xprofile-notifications.php (line 32) and bp-groups-notifications.php (line 25), the word 'wire' should be replaced with:

$bp->wire->slug

By doing this notifications will link to the correct url when 'wire' has been defined as something else by changing the constant.
