integration of buddybar and admin bar functionality

Currently both the included buddybar as well as the admin-bar plugin lack eachother's functionality. We do not need all info of both, but definitely more overlap, which will also mean that one of them can be deleted :)

Would be great if they were merged.

Better option would be if users can define their own bar menu. Like Admin Bar plugin way, but rearrange them, in a 'PageMash' way: select required menu items ('favorites'), drag and drop them in any order they want. Even define their own 'slugs' to save bar space (change 'Notification' to '!')or choose an icon instead, like the ones the collapsable MU main menu.
