Self account delete is not working

Description
I have tested it both in current testbp.org and in my own hosting with 1.1.1 version. In both cases after normal registration process the user is unable to delete his/her own account. Given the condition that self account deletion is enabled from admin panel. The page refreshes again asking for confirmation with an unchecked check box.
I have tested it both using normal registration process and using fbconnect.

Confirmed. This may be duplicated on another ticket but I haven't come across it yet.
