Windows 2008 server install - bug?

I am trying to use buddypress under apache 2.2, php 5.3, mysql 5.1 in windows 2008 web edition. and I gor mysql problems. here are the errors

Still having this issue? I have been running WP/BP on IIS7 for a few months now with no issues.
