In a similar way that one can edit regular WordPress Post slug names, people should be able to set/change a Group's slug manually.

Suggestion by socialpreneur in http://buddypress.org/forums/topic/buddypress-i18n-topics.

I've got a plugin to help with this for the time being. Search the WP plugin repo for "edit group slug" and see if that helps.
