Multiple activity streams on the same page both filter

Should be a way to turn off filtering on a stream in the event there are more than one on-screen and we only want to filter one of them.

Maybe we should pass the URL arg as a function $arg, and replace 'afilter' with that $arg, so each stream can have its own filter? This would allow for on-screen stream comparisons too, which might be useful to someone somewhere for some reason.
