The registry in the meta-widget links to www.home.de/sign-up.php and gives a white page.
The registry should link to www.home.de/register

I'm not sure where you mean. I could only think of the "Welcome" widget as that has a button on it when a user isn't logged in and user account registration is enabled on the site (that link is correct, anyway). If this in a 3rd party, non-BuddyPress core widget, you probably need to talk to its author or make a post on our forums to discuss the issue.
