Strings echoed but not localized

Those strings are translated in po/mo files, but echoed in English only.
1) bp-core-admin.php (194-199)
2) bp-xprofile-admin.php (38-40)

I can't define why it's so.

Probably because you have an outdated po/mo file?

How does this effect? If I'm using latest BuddyPress version and PoEdit to translate pot files (I update PoEdit base-files for each BP version), why shouldn't this strings be translated? I don't understand the logic (is there any?).

Sometimes the generation of the new language files takes place after I tag the version. Not ideal, but be sure to check the next update after I tag a version if you find inconsistencies.
