bp-sn-parent cleanup (alt classes for all lists and pseudo-lists)

The main goal of this patch is to assign the 'alt' class to all odd-numbered list items and divs. As I've gone through I've also fixed up quite a few translation points. The third-level task of this patch is to clean up whitespace, and generally make the template more readable/consistent.

I'm not finished with this and haven't tested much of it, but I'll provide what I have thus far, since I've gotten all these changes on the latest revision and there might be core changes to some of these files before I get a chance to finish. I've still got to do all the files in /groups along with /registration/register.php
After that I need to read through all the files at least one or two more times each, to catch errors I've made or things I've missed. And lastly I've got to test each of them.

I'm tired now so I'm going to sleep, but I'll hopefully get to keep working on this after that until I finish. Any input is appreciated, any extra testers are also appreciated

I'm going to guess that this patch is stale due to changes in the BuddyPress versions since this was submitted. If there is interest and a requirement for this still, please create a new patch and reopen the ticket.
