Crop Avatar Images for Groups

Description
Can upload an image for avatar and it asks me to crop... no cropping tools appear. Do not see anything that allows me to define the cropped area.
Using Firefox 3.5 and WP 1.1 Default Theme

Check your folder permissions and make sure the uploaded image is making it into /wp-content/blogs.dir/files/group-avatars/[group-id/
99% of the time this is folder permissions related.
