function needs translation

the function bp_group_creation_tabs in 1.1 is only partialy translated
by the filter in the bp_group_creation_stage_title function

the title is translated, but not step name

The group step by step settings navbar is also no more translated.

You're probably right, but an image (see attachment) is sometimes better than many words. You will see that the menu is in english and that the title is in french and english

The site is in french. And is updated to 1.1
