facebook user cannot delete his own account

Description
After registering through facebook connect I could not delete my own account. However I can log in as administrator and then from user list I can delete anyone. But user himself could not delete his own account given that user account deletion option was not in disable mode.

This is not a core bug, the facebook connect plugin needs to be updated.
