There's a bug within user activity and site wide activity in fetching user comment post.. Sorry for my english hope you understand

Can you elaborate more on what this bug is? Or how to duplicate it?

I had a "similar" problem. I posted a comment, then I edited it and than it wasn't on the site wide activity list, but on my own comment page were two same comments.
