Set size of theme screenshots on the Setup Wizard > Theme screen to 300px. Fixes #4701

The larger image sizes now accepted by WordPress themes for screenshots affects the current layout of this screen (for example, twentytwelve). Setting this to 300px for the 1.6 branch, but we should see about supporting HiDPI images properly for 1.7.
