Templates, Nouveau: remove unit tests.

These tests existed prior to Nouveau merged into BuddyPress core.
While a lot of related infrastructure was removed at that time, these tests weren't.
On review, the few tests in these files added little value, and most could (and eventually will) be replaced by some form of browser testing.

The tests were not being run by our PHPUnit configuration.
