Sitewide Tags Plugin Activity Not Blocked Any More

Sitewide tags plugin is causing my activity stream to double post new blog post activities: once from the site on which they originated from, and once from the tags blog (the main site, im my case). Boone Gorges asked me to put this ticket in and link to this line of bp-blogs/bp-blogs-functions.php
