No "Post" bottom when commenting on activity item second time

I commented once on an group update, and when I went to comment the second time, there was no "Post" button - unless I reload the page.

It's happening on the item page (​http://testbp.org/members/creativeslice/activity/105450/) and on the group activity feed (​http://testbp.org/groups/the-mr-topp-group/), and I suspect everywhere else to.

Not tested locally on trunk, but recreatable on testbp. Submit button seems to have display: none set?
