filter by: show Forum-posts from "My Groups" only.

Andy,
I guess this feature would be great and would be helpful for the "Forums-page".

Make an additional Tab within the Forums-page (testbp.org/forums):

"Show all Forum-posts from Groups of which I am a Member of".

BP has a "my forums" tab in the member profile, which seems like the appropriate place for a "view my forums" feature rather than at the directory level.
