Description
feature request: members NEAR you
being able to show a user which members are NEAR of his location.
Like user is from the city XYZ and another user is also in the same city.
Based on a certain user-profile-field.

This is in plugin territory, not in the core, as there's no guarantee an install will have a "Location/City?" profile field.
